All negotiators at Trinity are experienced Law Costs and they are trained comprehensively and regularly by an accredited training provider and Fellow of the ALCD. We are able to deal with any matters from routine RTA claims to complex Clinical Negligence matters.

We have an in-house 'Costs Lawyer' who has higher rights of audience and authority to conduct costs litigation. As such we can deal with Part 8 proceedings in-house, if required.

We have vast experience in dealing with costs for Solicitors, insurers and local authorities. Our Law Costs Draftsmen have many years' experience of drafting bills, points of dispute, replies and attending detailed assessment hearings.
